9.1 In general, and to the best of ENVIROSCALE’s knowledge, ENVIROSCALE will not process Personal Data of children under 14 years of age.
9.2 If during any of its control actions of the ENVIROSCALE Website discovers the involuntary collection of Personal Data from minors under 14 years of age, it will adopt the necessary measures that, as a service provider and as the person responsible for the processing, it has the obligation to undertake in order to delete such Personal Data as soon as possible.
